About Fairgrove

Retirement conversations held at a human pace

Fairgrove Retirement Advice grew from years of kitchen-table pension talks in Northern Ireland—helping people read statements, time State Pension claims, and decide how to draw pots without rushing.

Team collaborating in a bright meeting room

Why we exist

Leaving work is a financial and household event. Workplace pensions arrive as thick booklets; State Pension rules shift; couples rarely stop on the same day. We built Fairgrove to offer fee-based consultations that produce written maps—not product shelves dressed up as guidance.

How we work

Clients meet us in Old Doylewick or by video across Great Britain. We agree the fee before paid work begins, gather statements with a checklist, and deliver a document you can reread with a partner or accountant. We do not take commission for arranging investments as part of these consultations.

Our grounding in GB practice

Advice is framed around UK pension access ages, tax bands, and State Pension claiming. We stay within retirement income planning and refer mortgage, equity release, or complex defined benefit transfer work to specialists when it sits outside our engagement.

People you may meet
