Privacy notice

This notice explains how Fairgrove Retirement Advice (“we”) handles personal data when you use dynamicnetops.digital or engage our retirement consultations.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Enquiry content, including retirement timing and consultation preference
  • Pension and financial information you choose to share for a paid engagement
  • Technical data such as cookie preferences (see our cookie notice)
  • Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We process client file data to deliver consultations and meet record-keeping duties (contract and legal obligation). Marketing emails are sent only with consent or soft opt-in where permitted; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are typically kept for up to 24 months. Client files from paid consultations are retained for at least six years after the engagement ends, or longer where regulations or insurers require. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We may share information with specialist firms only when you ask us to refer a matter (for example a complex defined benefit transfer) and with your knowledge. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we seek appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to certain processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email hello@dynamicnetops.digital.

Children

Our services are aimed at adults planning retirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
